Format Suggestions V2

Ordered in priority, or what I would like most first.

Duel School right after dorms (just makes more sense that way.)
Get rid of the Shops section, and just put "Graphics and Decks Shops" in community.
Rename Suggestions to "Comments and Suggestions" and move it to the bottom of Community.

This will really help with scrolling.

I feel Duel School makes a little more sense where it is now, actually, though I could understand how you feel it's better below the dorms. Personal taste?

Done 2nd one.

Moving it would make it harder to find for the new members, and thus a bit more difficult to ask questions... What do others think?

Yes the Duel school under Dorms is personal taste. To me there shouldn't be classes seperated from the dorms.

Yea that one was low priority, because I considered that.
