Do you know why this is so powerful?
There are some cards that make attacks do 0 damage, but droskin uses the word negate. Meaning any and all effects of the attack do nothing. This is very usefull against attacks like Super Cooled Rain, which removes 4 mugic counters from the opposing creature.

How does this sound: "Tribute Droskin, negate target attack or monster's effect. If it is your opponents turn, end it."
This doesn't make it as powerful as it is in Chaotic though...

It should say "tribute" instead of "sacrifice". Also ending the turn and negating an effect is broken.

how about:-

once per turn : if the equipped monster is targetted by a card effect , you can negate it , if the equipped monster is selected as an atack target , you can negate the atack and gain life points equal to the atacking monster's atack , if this card is sent to the graveyard , pay 1500 life points , return it to hand.
well its a protective card in general , so this eff would suite it well.

You are forcing someone to pay to bring it back? And why don't you have to tribute it?

well first of all , if you wanna put it in a chaotic-similar scale
it needs to be overpowered in yugioh
in chaotic you could revive it , so why not pay life points to reuse it..USE AND ABUSE
