Remove the Ruling Section?

There are barely and topics in there. I would move the topics to General Chat, and the ruling discussion thread to a sticky in card discussion.
I'm just trying to compress the forum as it is a long scroll through.

Nah, rulings are important.

I know they are important. But the forum doesn't see much use other than the occasional quick ruling question.

It would become an issue as a single topic if multiple people asked multiple questions.
