Is this a troll?? Why is it banned?

This card cannot be Special Summoned. To Tribute Summon this card , you must Tribute 3 Dragon-Type monsters. If this card attacks your opponent directly and reduces their Life Points to 0, you win the Match.

In Japan, games are always matches. If you win with Victory Dragon, it wins you all the games rather than just the single one.

This continues onto the TCG version aswell. If they KO you first game with this card, you lose the entire match.

I do believe the reason why he is banned is because of an issue with scooping and him. At a tournament somebody took the time to summon him and was going to win the match with his effect by attacking directly, but then his opponent scooped that round before he declared his attack, saving him the match and only the round loss. I do believe the guy who summoned Victory Dragon lost the next two matches after that too.
