Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude x3
Destony Hero - Doom Lord x3
Destiny Hero - Malicious x3
Destiny Hero - Plasma x2
Dragunity Dux x3
Dragunity Phalanx x3
Debris Dragon x2
Dandylion x1
Spore x1
Spells: 19
Cards of Consonance x3
Destiny Draw x3
Dragon Ravine x3
Over Destiny x2
Transmodify x2
Terraforming x2
Scapegoat x2
Foolish Burial x1
Allure of Darkness x1
At the moment this deck is a concept deck, as I have many ideas for what I can put in due to the splashability of Destiny Heroes and Transmodify really. I got the idea for this deck because I saw nobody playing Over Destiny not being played by people who were throwing Destiny Heroes in everything the see fit. Honestly, it's a really good card. It has great XYZ and Synchro material presence, and D-Drawing a Malcious then dropping Over Destiny into Doom Lord is pretty funny.

I'm only going to list three spells here due to the fact that there are only three that really need an explanation

Monster line-up:
- Spoiler:
Once per turn: You can reveal the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Normal Spell Card, send it to the Graveyard, otherwise place it on the bottom of your Deck. During the Main Phase of your next turn, you can activate the effect of that Spell Card in your Graveyard (even if you no longer control this face-up card).
Diamond Dude is great in this because of his utility with Destiny Draw, Transmodify with Doom Lord, Over Destiny and because hitting a Destiny Draw/Cards of Consonance/Terraforming with his effect is always a great plus. Unfortunately there are no good targets with Transmodify with him.
- Spoiler:
Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish that target. You cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. You must control this face-up Attack Position card to activate and to resolve this effect. The banished monster returns to the opponent's side of the field, in the same battle position, during your 2nd Standby Phase after activation.
This card has always held the spot as my favourite Destiny Hero. He is fodder for Destiny Draw and Transmodify and is able to be summoned through Over Destiny. However, the best thing about him is his effect. You can use Doom Lord to get rid of some nasty cards for a few turns so you can set up without fear. He gets rid of really troublesome monsters for this deck (Banisher of the Radiance, Dyna, Star Eater, etc). When the monster is returned back to the field, it happens on your turn, so you can just banish it again. My favourite thing to do with Doom Lord is to summon him, take out a trouble some card and then make plays and do damage while it is off the field (Can't attack during the turn you activate his effect though) and then when the monster comes back just do it all over again.
- Spoiler:
You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Destiny HERO - Malicious" from your Deck.
Malicious is the big play maker of the deck. He works great with Destiny Draw, Dragon Ravine, Over Destiny. He allows for a quick and easy synchro or XYZ. He's a pretty obvious choice in the deck so there isn't much to explain for him.
- Spoiler:
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 monsters you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card, and this card gains ATK equal to half the ATK of that equipped monster (you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect).
Originally I had Dasher instead of Plasma in the main line-up, but I ended up dropping him in favour for Plasma due to the fact that I figured having him would give me access to Diamond Dude with Over Destiny. I also through him in so I could have more of a reason to use Scapegoat instead of just using it with Debris Dragon. Plasma is a solid card with a great effect.
- Spoiler:
This card gains 200 ATK for each face-up "Dragunity" card you control. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type "Dragunity" monster in your Graveyard and equip it as an Equip Card to this card.
I wanted this deck to have a great deck thinning engine that was capable of using that not only for hand advantage, but to take that hand advantage and turn it into eve greater field advantage, and that's why I through the Dragunities in here. We all know how the Dragunity engine works so I'm not going to write it down unless people ask for it (Please don't, we don't need an offended Acacia roaming the forums). Dux is great in here because he's searchable, which this deck loves and he creates a plus one at no cost, which again this deck loves. Unfortunately he is not usable with Transmodify at the time (I will give a list of potential targets for Transmodify at the end of the discussion that either had a spot in the deck previously, or ones that have the potential to be placed into the deck)
- Spoiler:
Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster as an Equip Card by a card effect, you can Special Summon this card.
This card is wonderful. He's usable with Dragon Ravine (searchable and able to be sent to the Graveyard), Cards of Consonance and Dragunity Dux. He opens up synchro plays and is in general just a solid card that can make you plus and set up.
I love this guy. Everybody knows how good he is so there really is no need for an explanation. He works with Cards of Consonance and stuff and yeah, good card.
- Spoiler:
When this card is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 2 "Fluff Tokens" (Plant-Type/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. These Tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon during the turn they are Special Summoned.
This card has great synergy with Debris Dragon and Dragon Ravine. Dandylion sets up your field for synchro plays and gives you the option to synchro summon what you want (Use him as a three, use both tokens as two, use one token as a one)
- Spoiler:
If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 other Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard and increase its Level by the Level of that banished monster. Each player can only activate the effect of "Spore" once per Duel.
Spore is a solid card that has good synergy with Debris Dragon, Dragon Ravine and Dandylion. Allows for synchro and XYZ plays and is a free summon.
Spell Line-up:
I'm only going to list three spells here due to the fact that there are only three that really need an explanation
- Spoiler:
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 card to activate 1 of these effects:
● Add 1 Level 4 or lower "Dragunity" monster from your Deck to your hand.
● Send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.
This card has the most variety on the plays it can do. It feeds Malicious, Spore, Dandylion, Phalanx to the grave to open up a huge number of plays. It deck thins like crazy and searches Dux/Phalanx. Good card is good.
- Spoiler:
Target 1 "Destiny HERO" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your Deck whose Level is less than or equal to half of that target's Level. The Special Summoned monster is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn.
This card is crazy good. It's a free summon without a cost that brings out really good monsters like Doom Lord and Diamond Dude. There is no wrong with this card. It opens up Synchro and XYZ possiblities.
- Spoiler:
Send 1 face-up monster you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon from your Deck, 1 monster with the same Type and Attribute as that monster in the Graveyard, but 1 Level higher. You can only activate 1 "Transmodify" per turn.
Man, we all know how good this card is. Despite how good this card is I am actually going to be taking it out of the main deck. It only has one target at the moment (Doom Lord into Diamond Dude). Originally it did have more targets, but those targets were making deck space and extra deck space super limited so I took them out. In the future Transmodify may see itself back into the deck but as it stands for now, it takes too much dedication for itself in the main deck, and this deck does not have a whole lot of space to be throwing stuff like that around.
